Therapeutic massage is the manipulation of soft tissue using your hands, forearms, elbows, and feet. It also includes the use of hot and cold stones, massage guns, hydrotherapy, and stretching. Therapeutic massage has many benefits that include: increased circulation, range of motion, flexibility, mood, and overall well-being. Massage is also known to help with decreasing muscle pain, symptoms of depression, and anxiety.

60 Minute Mobile Massage Session $145.00

90 Minute Mobile Massage Session $185.00

Therapeutic Massage is also done on a table, and the client is lying between a fitted and flat sheet. The client can undress to their level of comfort. Your modesty is completely protected throughout the entire session. The therapist will only undrape or uncover the area they are working on. Everything that is usually covered by a swimsuit stays under the sheet.

Looking for a cozy and convenient place to get a massage? We love working on the first floor, whether it's in your living room, dining room, or even the landing at the top of the stairs. If the weather is nice, we can set up on your patio, porch, or gazebo - anywhere that offers privacy and comfort. If you're in the Connecticut area, we can even come to your hotel or Airbnb. Just a heads up, I can't perform massages on a bed. If you have a massage table, we can use that.i can provide sheets but, if you prefer, we can use your sheets, although I can't promise that lotion or oil won't get on them. I've got a great playlist for a relaxing atmosphere, but if you'd rather play your own music, that's totally cool too. Let's make your massage experience as enjoyable as possible!
